100 % Occupancy Rates Reported In Four North East Business Centres

Four business centres managed by Enterprise North East Trust (ENET) have today (date of issue) reported 100% occupancy rates in new quarterly results from the period of October 2006 to March 2007. Crichiebank, Thainstone (both Inverurie), The Green House (Inverness) and Westhill business centres continue to operate to capacity, and occupancy rates remain consistent over all ten business centres in the area.

Karen Pugh, Director: Property Services at ENET says, "The occupancy results are extremely positive and demonstrate the popularity of the flexible solutions that the business centres provide to new and growing businesses. The business centres provide companies with a prestigious location and flexible contract. It is the modern answer to conventional leases for the short or long term; the minimum lease period is just one month. This means that as well as being ideal for new and growing businesses, the space also provides a base for project based teams and those wishing to trial premises before establishing a permanent location for their business."

ENET is one of the largest providers of purpose built offices, also managing business centres in Aberdeen, Banff, Ellon, Fraserburgh, Huntly and Peterhead. The rental fee for the offices includes rent, electricity, cleaning, fire and security alarms, use of common areas, building insurance and telephone answering in the company name.

Karen continues, "Other findings emerging from the statistics show that Riverview Business Centre has repeatedly exceeded its occupancy targets, both in October and December last year and again last month. Ellon has also run to near capacity over the past five months and Banff has continually matched or exceeded its target occupancy figure."

The business centres also offer conference and meeting room facilities which as well as being available for use by tenants can also be used by businesses which are not based in the business centres. As well as the business centres, ENET offers a variety of flexible office space solutions including virtual offices, workshop units and meeting rooms across the North East.
