Enterprise Property Services take over the management of The Green House
Enterprise Property Services today, Monday 23 January 2006, announce that they have taken over the management of The Green House in Inverness. The Green House is the premier venue for growing technology-based businesses in Inverness. Enterprise Property Services also manage ten other business centres in locations throughout the North East of Scotland including Aberdeen, Huntly, Ellon, Fraserburgh, Peterhead, Banff, Aboyne, Westhill and Thainstone. Karen Pugh, facilities manager of Enterprise Property Services comments, “The Green House, a custom built business and technology centre, is a welcome addition to the portfolio of business centres that Enterprise manages across the north of Scotland. In addition to the twenty custom built business incubator units, The Green House also provides access to a wide range of tailored business services which are designed to nurture entrepreneurial activity in a supportive and sharing environment.” The Green House was completed in 1999 and since then has been providing business incubation facilities and services as well as operating as a training venue. The rental fee for the offices includes rent, fire and security alarms, use of common areas, building insurance, car parking and telephone answering. The business centres also offer conference and training room facilities which as well as being available for use by tenants can also be used by businesses which are not based in the business centres. Enterprise Property Services (Enterprise) operates serviced offices across the north of Scotland, the centres located in Fraserburgh, Peterhead (Burnside), Ellon and Westhill are managed by Enterprise in partnership with Aberdeenshire Council.
