Joyce Duncan

Director: Corporate Development

Joyce Duncan is currently Director: Corporate Development at Enterprise North East Trust, the role involves managing the Business Services delivered by Enterprise including Business Gateway in Aberdeen City and Shire & Tayside, SME improvement projects and enterprise corporate events. She is also responsible for developing new revenue streams for Enterprise , overseeing internal and external communications and systems areas.

She is a graduate of three of Scotland's universities and has a Masters Degree in Corporate Leadership. Her industry experience includes management in both public and private sector for small businesses and major PLC's. Over the past 25 years she has become an expert in strategic advice and coaching to managers and business owners. Joyce acted as a mentor in the Premier Adviser accreditation programme for Scottish Enterprise and developed the first Graduate Programme for Enterprise Advisers in Scotland. She is a board member of Business Enterprise Scotland, the representative body of all Scotland's Enterprise Trusts. She has studied leadership for the past twenty years in both the USA and Europe and is active in the area of women's entrepreneurship.
