Joyce Duncan

Joyce’s role involves managing the business development, leadership, finance, communications and systems areas of ENET.

She is a graduate of three of Scotland’s universities and has a Masters Degree in Corporate Leadership. Her industry experience includes management in both public and private sector for small businesses and major PLC’s. Over the past 20 years she has become an expert in strategic advice and coaching to managers and business owners. Joyce acted as a mentor in the Premier Adviser accreditation programme for Scottish Enterprise and developed the first Graduate Programme for Enterprise Advisers in Scotland. She has studied leadership for the past ten years in both the USA and Europe and is active in the area of women’s entrepreneurship.
