Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year
The Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year recognises an individual, under the age of 35 (at the deadline for applications), who has taken the risks to build a business of outstanding potential and has taken risks to undertake a business venture that stands out from the norm.
Please provide more information with evidence of:
- Entrepreneurial spirit: high standards; risk taking, overcoming obstacles and perseverance
- Innovation: pioneering new approaches; ability to adapt, research and development
- Strategic direction: developing a vision; goals for future growth; measuring progress; knowledge of your chosen market
- Leading and building teams: employing best teams; business culture and leadership qualities
- Financial performance: managing cash flow; long-term sustainability; re-investment of profit
- Individual and/or corporate social responsibility: values; approach to relationship; involvement in the wider community; supporting others
