How to Enter

• Browse the categories to decide which ones suit you best
• Complete the online registration form; this must be completed by 5pm Wednesday 24^th June 2009
• A detailed application for each category will be emailed to you; this must be returned by 5pm Monday 3^rd August 2009

Completing the Registration Form

• Ensure that your business name is as you would like it to appear on publicity material.
• Please provide correct contact details, including an email address of the person responsible for submitting the application form.
• Make sure that you have completed the four questions at the bottom of the form; maximum 500 words per question.

Key points for your application

• You may enter the same business into more than one category if it is suitable.
• Applications maybe reallocated, if the judges think they have been incorrectly entered. 
• Please ensure your entry is supplied in the specified format and complies with the word counts and requested information otherwise your entry may be discounted.
• When writing your submission don't assume the judges have prior knowledge of your business or industry sector. Give clear concise answers.
