Conditions of Entry

1. The awards will be administered by Enterprise North East Trust Limited.
2. Entrants must be based in Aberdeen City or Aberdeenshire at time of entry and award presentation.
3. Entrants can not enter an award category that they have previously won.
4. Enterprise North East Trust Limited will appoint a judging panel to make an assessment of the entries, and to draw up a shortlist in each category.
5. Short listed companies will be asked to submit more information as appropriate for each category.
6. This short list will be reviewed by the judging panel and a final short list will be selected.
7. The final short listed companies will then be invited for interview and asked to present to the judging panel, the information will be reviewed and assessed by the judging panel and a category winner will be chosen.
8. The winners will be the businesses that, in the opinion of the judges, demonstrate the greatest fulfilment of the category criteria. The judges' decision is final and binding, no correspondence will be entered into.
9. By entering you agree to supply any additional financial or other information requested. Entrants consent to this information being made available to judges and third parties associated with the awards.
10. The shortlisted companies and winners agree to take part and assist with any promotional activities or PR supporting the awards.
11. The judges may also reallocate an entry to a different category.
12. Closing date for first round entries is the 14th February 2008. Entries received after this date may not be entered into the Awards. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
13. All applicants will be advised of the outcome of their submission
14. No responsibility will be taken by Enterprise North East Trust, or any sponsors or companies associated with the awards for delayed, lost or damaged entries.
15. The prizes are as detailed, no alternatives or variations are offered and you cannot transfer the prize. Cash prize will be made payable to the winners.
16. Winners will not be announced until the evening of the Awards Dinner, Thursday 12th June 2008, at Ardoe House Hotel, Aberdeen.
