The Grampian Awards for Business Enterprise, sponsored by the Royal Bank of Scotland and Business Gateway (in association with Scottish Enterprise Grampian), recognise and encourage business enterprise in the north east of Scotland.

Four hundred business people will watch as fifteen finalists, in five categories, find out if they are winners of the coveted Enterprise trophies.

Roadie, Restaurant Rookie and Rocker, Simon Woodroffe has been all of these … and more and he'll be sharing his experiences with north east entrepreneurs at the Grampian Awards for Business Enterprise this year. Simon, known to many as one of Dragons from the BBC's Dragon's Den, is founder of the successful YO! Sushi restaurant chain.

Applications

The application process
The first stage requires applicants to complete a simple online or paper application form Those applicants who are successfully short listed will be asked to prepare a more detailed submission and provide supplementary information as required for stage 2.

Applicants who are successfully short listed following stage 2 will be invited to present to the judging panel in April 2007.
